About

I am a law student, husband, father-of-two, hobbyist photographer who is continually learning and experimenting. I enjoy photographing compelling subjects as well as finding mundane subjects and trying to make them compelling. I strive to produce photographs that are interesting on multiple levels. I am deliberate with colors, lines, and angles, and I enjoy what can be conveyed through texture. If you find anything on this site to be to your liking, please leave a comment.

On that note, all my photos are subject to a Creative Commons license. That means no ugly, obtrusive watermarks or overbearing copyright notices. It means you can use my work for anything you want, even commercial use, just so long as you give me credit and let me know. You don’t even have to ask permission; just drop a comment on the photo so I can see how my work has inspired you.

The only exception to this license is photos including identifiable people. Since everyone’s right of publicity is protected separately from copyrightable artistic works, I cannot give permission to use someone’s identity for commercial purposes. If you want to use a photo containing an identifiable person, let me know and I’ll try to put you in touch with the person in question. By the same token, if you appear in any of my photographs and do not want the photograph to be published, let me know and I will remove it immediately.
