Losslessly cut commercials from HD-PVR MythTV recordings and generate new filename based on Show name, season number, episode number, and episode name.
This script is run on raw DV files created with Kino or dvgrab. It transcodes these files to 3000kbps h.264 video and 160kbps Vorbis audio in a Matroska container. The output files are named according to the date and time the source video was originally recorded. It handles interlaced (60i) or progressive (30p) input. 60i source material is deinterlaced with yadif=3:1, resulting in fluid 60p output.
Monkey's Audio Codec port to Linux. NOTE: I am just making this available as the original project page is down. If there is a legal reason why I cannot distribute this file, please let me know and I will remove it immediately.
